Mr. HE Jiang-Chuan

Mr. HE Jiang-Chuan is the chairman of the Company. Mr.He holds a master’s degree in economics and is qualified as a senior economist. He was the deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Housing Reform Office and the chief of the Beijing Municipal Housing Fund Management Centre. Mr. He joined BNS Group Company in November 1994 and was appointed as a director of the Company in 1997. He became the general manager of the Company since February 2004 and has been appointed as the chairman of the Company since April 2007.

Ms. ZHAO Hui-Zhi

Ms. ZHAO Hui-Zhi, an executive director and general manager of the Company and has a postgraduate education. Ms. Zhao has over 16 years of experience in property management such as hotels, convention centres, apartments and office buildings. Ms. Zhao joined BNS Group Company in March 1989 and was appointed as a director of the Company in 1997. In February 2004, she was appointed as the chairman of the Company. Ms. Zhao has been appointed as the general manager of the Company since April 2007.

Mr Liu Jian-Ping

Mr. LIU Jian-Ping is an executive director of the Company. Mr. Liu has a postgraduate education and has over 10 years of experience in the hotel management. Mr. Liu joined BNS Group Company in 1988. He was appointed as the general manager of Beijing Continental Grand Hotel in November 1989 and was re-appointed as an executive director of the Company in 2003.

Mr. CHEN Ji

Mr. CHEN Ji is an executive director of the Company and has a postgraduate education. He joined BNS Group Company in March 1995 and was appointed as a director of the Company in 1997 and resigned in 2000. He is currently a deputy general manager of BNS Group Company. He was reappointed as an executive director of the Company in March 2005.

Mr Fu Yiu-Man

Mr. FU Yiu-Man, Peter is an independent non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Fu graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, the US, in 1978 majoring in finance. Mr. Fu had worked for ABN AMRO HG Asia, Vickers Ballas, Swiss Bank Corporation of New York and Barings Securities in Hong Kong. He worked in Peregrine Group and was responsible for the sales of Hong Kong equities. He is currently the deputy managing director of Kim Eng Capital (Hong Kong) Limited. Mr. Fu possesses more than 20 years of experience in brokerage business. Mr. Fu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company since 2003.

Mr Meng Yan

Mr. MENG Yan is an independent non-executive director of the Company. He is currently a professor and supervisor of doctorate students. He is also an executive director of the Accounting Society of China; an accounting standards expert consultant of the Ministry of Finance’s China Accounting Standards Committee; a member of the Ministry of Finance’s Chinese expert consultant group on independent auditing standards; and a member of the editorial boards of the magazines “Accounting Research”(《会计研究》), “China Accounting and Finance Review” (《中国会计与财务研究》)and “Chinese Certified Public Accountants” (《中国注册会计师》). Mr. Meng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company since 2003.

Mr. YU Jing-Song

Mr. YU Jing-Song is an independent non-executive director of the Company. He has a doctorate degree in Law and is currently a professor and supervisor of doctorate students. He is the vice president of the China Society of International Economic Law, WTO legal counsel for the Ministry of External Economics and Trade; and an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Mr. Yu has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company since 2003.

Mr Shen Yi-Shan

Mr. SHEN Yi-Shan is the chairman of the Company’s supervisory committee. Mr. Shen is responsible for the supervision and management of the auditing affairs of BNS Group Company. He has been appointed as the chairman of the Company’s supervisory committee in 2003.

Mr. CHEN Yuan-chao

Mr. CHEN Yuan-chao is a supervisor and the chief accountant of the BNS Group Company. Mr. Chen has been appointed as a supervisor of the company since 2006.

Mr Liu Yao-Zhong

Mr. LIU Yao-Zhong is a supervisor of the Company and the chairman of the trade union of BNS Group Company. Mr. Liu has over 10 years of experience in trade union. He has been a supervisor of the Company since May 2003.
